Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Associate to join our team. The Maintenance Associate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning of our facilities and equipment. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and systems
- Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems
- Weld and fabricate metal components as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with internal teams or external vendors
Experience:
To be successful in this role, the Maintenance Associate should have the following experience:
- Previous experience in field service or maintenance role preferred
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical systems, and industrial electrician work
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments for accurate repairs
- Basic understanding of welding techniques for metal fabrication
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with various tools and equipment
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
